HILLS GREEN receives awards from the ReelHeART International Film Festival!
Firstly, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who came out to the World Premiere of Hills Green at the ReelHeART International Film Festival! We had a spectacular turn out and the response to the film was amazing. Your guys' support means the world to us.
As the festival concluded, Hills Green was awarded the Indie Spirit award!
ReelHeART on the award: "The ReelHeART Spirit Award goes to the filmmaker, documentary or documentary subject who most demonstrates the “Indie Spirit”, through pride of film production, promotion of film, audience engagement and producing a memorable contribution on film."
On Canada day, it was announced that Hills Green had also tied for the festival's inaugural Best Canadian Film award! We are honoured to share the award with Nika Belianina's beautiful The Last Mermaids.
Thanks again to everyone who came out and to the ReelHeART International Film Festival for programing the film!
