PICTURE LOCK!

Hi all! A little behind on this one, things have been happening at breakneck speed lately!

On January 14th our picture edit was picture locked!
The film is now with sound editor Kevin Brown and composer Sarah Warren.

Krista and I will be doing colour work, some denoising (and renoising) and things of that nature. As well as
finishing our film festival plan and press package.

It's official...(we think).

Hills Green is picture wrapped!

We are actually really happy. =)

Hills Green update: one year later.

A year after wrapping principal photography and here's what's been happening:

While shooting went by very quickly, post has been slow going.  We are now ever so close to having a fine cut, something we can finally show to a few others and get some feedback.  We've also finally got a legit edit suite set up, just in time for colour correction!  It feels like things are finally coming together and we'll be updating more frequently in the weeks to come =)

Please excuse the lack of updates lately. It has in part, been because we've been hard at work on getting the film cut together and we finally have a rough cut to prove it! Pretty exciting, though we are nowhere near being done the vast amount of work we still have ahead of us. But progress is being made =)

Shooting = wrapped.

Having shot the final scene of the film just one weekend ago it feels good to say that principal photography is officially wrapped. Though we still have a ton of work ahead of us it's nice to finally be devoting all of our attention to the edit and other stages of post. A rough cut, posters, and many more goodies are on the way!
